10 Minute Pilates for a Tight Neck & Shoulders

  1. Great exercises for the neck and shoulders. I liked the jaw and ear movements too. Love the puppet arms–those feel great. Thank you for posting about this as I think a lot of women feel quite a bit of tension in their necks and shoulders.
